After careful consideration, a phased reopening of schools will take place starting in September 2020 that prioritizes the health and safety of staff and students.
We know that parents and community members have questions and concerns about the return to school. Community engagement sessions were held so that we could gather feedback on the KTCEA school restart plan and to directly communicate our priorities and considerations for when schools reopen in the fall.
Following the sessions, a School Restart FAQ was released and we are now releasing the summary document of the feedback we received from the return to school engagement sessions.
We will continue to engage with community members and prioritize the health and wellness of our staff and students. We look forward to continuing our education journey together in the coming fall.
