Arleyne Eldridge
Tansi, my name is Arleyne Eldridge and this will be my third year as the principal of Little Buffalo School. I am a member of the Lubicon Lake Band, and Little Buffalo is my home community. I have spent most of my educational journey and career at Little Buffalo School- as a student, Educational Assistant, Teacher and now Principal.
I am very excited for what this year has in store for us. Little Buffalo School is only in its second year with KTCEA and I have seen great change, and it is only going to get better. Our goal for this school year is to excel in our students education.
Mabel Noskiye
Tansi. Mabel Noskiye Nisikason. I am the Principal at Clarence Jaycox School at the Loon River First Nation. I have been a teacher for ten years and a Vice Principal for 3 years. I was also previously on Council at the Loon River First Nation for 12 years. Loon River is my home. I am very excited to be the Principal at the school in my own Nation!
About me personally- I am a mother of 2 girls and 4 boys and horses are one of my hobbies.
I look forward to the school year ahead!
Patsy Bercier
My name is Patsy Bercier and I am thrilled to be the new Principal at Cadotte Lake School at the Woodland Cree First Nation. I am originally from a Cree community in northern Manitoba.
I have seventeen years of experience in administration in Manitoba, Ontario, and Alberta. I am very excited to meet and work with the students, staff, and community!
Yvette Sasha Jean-Jacques
Tansi, Trout Lake Community! My name is Yvette Sasha Jean-Jacques. I am very humbled and honored to introduce myself as the new principal of Kateri School at the Peerless Trout First Nation and to join this excellent school community. I can assure you that I share in this school community’s dedication to caring for our students every day while providing them with a meaningful learning environment
With my goal of advancing the culture of excellence here at Kateri, I am devoted to continually exploring new ideas to meet the needs of all students and to interact with parents and community members more efficiently. We will be meeting as the staff, and with parents and students throughout the year to identify specific goals in the areas of student achievement, school climate, and parent communication.
Jackie Sander
Hi, my names is Jackie Sander. I am the returning Principal at Atikameg School. I am a proud Metis women born, raised and educated in the North. I am also proud to say that I have always taught in the North.
I believe in Education for all students and putting their needs first. I have high expectations for staff, students and the community to help meet the needs of our students. If we work on this together, we will accomplish and achieve great things. Alone, we will struggle, so lets all work together to move mountains!!!
Connie Molcak
My name is Connie Molcak and I am the Principal of the Peerless Lake School.
I began my teaching career in Southern Alberta at the age of 21 where I was teaching students two years younger than myself. It was a great experience for me.
My husband and I came up to the north and have been involved in the communities of Loon, Trout and Peerless for nineteen years. In 2018, we were welcomed into the KTCEA team and have enjoyed working with the education authority. I encourage students to attend KTCEA camps and sports activities for the cultural experience that these activities bring.
Allan Langevin
Hello. My name is Allan Langevin. I am from Athabasca, Alberta. I am an experienced principal and have worked for KTCEA and Northland School Division for many years. Most recently, I was the Principal at Kateri School.
This year, I have the privilege of working as a Principal Mentor for KTCEA. I love my job!!!
